The Infinity Structural System is the best option for Hotels up to six or seven stories and has been proven in over one hundred Hotel buildings since 1986. Hotels are typically modular and repetitious which creates a very economical application for the Infinity System. The speed of construction ensures the owner the earliest possible opening date, which reduces construction interest costs as well as the cost of the G/C's General Conditions. And most importantly, this also enables the Owner to begin generating room revenues earlier. The end result is a high quality, noise-resistant Hotel building that will maintain its value and protect the Owner's investment for many years to come.

      Our Epicore MSR Floor System gives you a very rigid floor slab that does not bounce and vibrate like a bar joist or light gage metal floor joist system. To ensure that an Owner is truly getting a superior sound rating on his Hotel, we have engaged independent Acoustical Consultants to test our Epicore MSR Floor System extensively for sound ratings in both the lab as well as the field (copies of the Acoustical Engineer's field STC and IIC test reports are available upon request), and the test results were exceptional. Some "quality conscience" Hotel Owners that have used our Infinity System and then tried using a light-gage metal floor joist type system have come back to the Infinity System saying the Hotels they did with our system were much quieter and felt like a far superior quality building than the joist type system.

      The Owner will also enjoy substantially lower maintenance costs, lower insurance premiums, and virtually eliminate the cost and risk of termite problems as compared to a wood framed hotel. In addition, when Infinity's pre-insulated exterior MSR33 WalPanel System is utilized, the owner will realize tremendous energy cost savings and reduce the risk of mold and mildew problems in the exterior wall cavity.
